G.P. Messer & Company, P.C. was established in 1991 as a sole proprietorship primarily servicing non-profit organizations and closely held businesses. Since then, the firm has blossomed into a full service accounting and consulting practice offering traditional attestation (audit, review, compilation), accounting, tax and consultation services to non-profit organizations, government agencies, corporations, partnerships and individuals throughout the United States. Our offices are located in Boston's historic financial district and Mashpee, MA (New Seabury). Our Mashpee office was opened in 1993 to service Cape Cod and the Islands. The firm is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). As a member of the AICPA we are required every three years to complete a rigorous peer review of our auditing and accounting practice. We are pleased to announce that the practice complies with the stringent quality standards set by the AICPA.
